NEW FBC FRANCHISE LOCATION: Freedom Boat Club has entered the Midwest! The location in Grand Haven, MI is one of the fastest growing clubs, operating along the West Shore of Lake Michigan. Additional clubs are planned in The Detroit and Chicago areas in 2005 and 2006.  The Grand Haven club marks location number 21 for Freedom Boat Club Network! It really pays to be a member!!

RECIPROCAL LOCATIONS: Members have been enjoying boats at various reciprocal locations this summer, most recently out of Port Jefferson, NY, Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Pasadena, MD. For all members wishing to use Chesapeake locations, there is a law which requires boaters to have a state boating certificate. The law provides for reciprocity between states, so you will need to get your certificate through the state of Georgia . If you’re interested, please follow the link below for a convenient way to get your certificate online. There is also information on the site if you prefer to complete your certificate in the classroom with an organization such as the US Power Squadron. Remember, all it takes is a phone call to your home office 770-831-6082 to reserve your boat at a reciprocal location during your next vacation or business trip. Enjoy!!
